Do you have a hand whisk? What do you use it for? Let's chat.

Here is my hand whisk, I bought it about 5 years ago. It's a strong one and I like it because whenever I use it, it gives me a perfect result in a short time. Here is how I use it:

• To whisk big quantity of eggs.
• To mix pancake batter smoothly which leaves no lump.
• To mix cake batter when baking cakes which does a great job and incorporates all the ingredients.
• To whisk whipping cream.
• To mix buttercream and royal icing for decorating cakes.
